Matheus is the co-owner and head instructor at Royal Jiu Jitsu. He is a 5x World Champion and 7x Panamerican champion. He was awarded his black belt by the legendary Marcelo Garcia. Matheus has been training for 11 years and teaching Jiu Jitsu for the past 5 years. Matheus’ passion for BJJ and his wife’s shared love for the sport inspired them to open Royal Jiu Jitsu Academy.
