Paulo is a Brown belt under Matheus Lutes. He started training BJJ 11 years ago in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. Living in the same city, he became good friends with Matheus and they began training together. Paulo decided to leave Brazil and move to America to pursue his jiu jitsu dreams; training under Marcelo Garcia. He lives in Mineola and is very happy that not only is Royal Jiu Jitsu in his neighborhood, but that he is able to be a part of it.
